Yes

It needs to be in DEEP sand...minimal recommended depth is at least 5". you want it to be vertical.

They have quite a potent sting so I doubt it. Don't place them near anything ( like corals, clams or other anemones ) as they will most likely kill it.

Need smaller foods but not a filter feeder. They need "planktonic " foods.

They are difficult to maintain so good luck. The minimum recommended tank size for one is a 100g tank. The tentacles are very delicate and large foods may damage them.
