Tunze 2002

Roger, Recieved my first 2002 today, great. I read some where, but not in the instructions that running on other then Tunze controller voids warranty, does this apply to the 2002? I ordered the 7095 from M.D. but it sounds like it will be 2 months. Thanks for your help, John

The 2002 and 4002 it would make no difference, the main thing with them is do not run them too deep, the green circular housing should no more than 1" underwater or else salt will get into the bearings and seize them up, while no biggie, they can be replaced I would do my best because replacing them takes a while especially the first time you do it. It is my least favorite repair. Also note that you need the adapters 7094.40 to use the 2002 on a 7095, each adapter can handle three 2002 or 2 4002, you need a multistrip though as the adapter only has one socket on it.
