tunze 6000 alarm

I have a tunze 6000 pump that whenever plugged in sounds the alarm constantly. I cleaned it as instructed and the alarm still sounds. I have always kept it in good maintenance and it has never had this problem before. It is about 8 months old. It has been ran on a multi controller with another stream 6000. I tested it with the other driver and it still has the same problem. The prop will spin 90* when i twist it it will not start moving. The stream makes a sound coming from the internals, like a slight buzzing. The drive shaft and magnet appear to be in fine condition, seems to be an issue inside the stream. Any suggestions you have would be great. Thanks

I would suggest sending it in. I don't need the transformer, just the motor and driver.
