Tunze 6055 and wave controller???

I am not sure exactly what that machine will do but it does look very high tech :D. You can always set your wavebox on the nightmode to shut it off at night...

Hi Roger, will the "Click" sound demage the pump ?
If yes, any temp. solution until I receive the replacement ?

The clicking sound won't damage the pump. What setting are you using? if you are using interval II may avoid loud clicking...

6091 + 6055
if the click sound won't damage the pump, then I can keep it running and wait for the replacement from Roger. :D

It will not, it is just an annoyance, it comes from the parts clapping together.

Eklikewhoa- I got your pump and it is on it's way back. The problem was simple, the stainless steel washer needed to be removed before you installed the new disk and the disk was a bit rough. It still makes some noise but it is much, much better, it would be ideal to run it continuously for a week to get the new parts worn in before trying it on a wavecontroller. The disks are a critical component to getting the right spacing in the electromagnetic field so if you have it stacked too high or too low you will get noise, too high the magnet is pushed out, too low and it gets pulled in.
