Tunze 6080 Impeller stuck

the pump stopped working as it has several times in the past. I usually just remove the impeller and soak it in vinegar for a couple of hours and get it to work again. This time I can't get the impeller out of the housing. I last cleaned it about 3 months ago, but I do dose alot of kalkwasser. Any way to get the impeller out?

Yes, but usually it gets destroyed in the process. I would just send it in, but only if you can get it to me by Thursday. I cannot overemphasize this as I will be in Germany from the 17th-26th and my only employee is coming along It will sit outside or be returned if it doesn't get here by then. In the future please carefully track your KH and Calcium, the pump should go 3-6 months between cleanings unless their is an excess in these levels or Magnesium.
