tunze 6085 question?

bullitr

broke but happy
i have 300 gallon display with 150 gallon sump .i need a reliable powerheads i was thinking of getting a 2 tunze is that enough for mixed reef ?. i lost most of my sps already due to lack of flow when i transfer it from my 225 . i have 4 maxijet with sureflow 1600 mod running before and its a junk after a 3 months the impeller rod rusted and breaks . anyway will these last longer and is it a lot better?

I would say no, if you have the money go for 2 or 3 tunze 6201's, that might do the job and you'll get much better flow in your tank. The variable flow IMO will be much better for your livestock then fixed flow.

Alternatively 2 6201's and a vortech would do the job nicely as well. Its a good combination of different flow patterns.
