Tunze 6100 problems and alarm

My alarm is sounding on one of my pumps. It is a model 6100.10. I have completely disassembled it and cleaned three times. I have soaked it in 50/50 mixture vinegar and water. I tried the impeller from my other pump. Still doesn't work! Close inspection only reveals a small hole in the impeller, but I don't see how this would affect it. I have no way to check for electrical problems. Any ideas? Roger??

When you say small hole in the impeller do you mean down the middle of it(the magnet) long ways?

Just a small round hole about two thirds toward the impeller.

You did take out the bearing behind the impeller in the pump and clean correct? If so and it's clean since you changed the impeller out I would guess might be the electronics, but i will defer to Roger on that.

Be sure the upper bearing (what shawnz28 is refering to) is clean and not stuck to the magnet. Se the cleaing thread at the top of this forum. If that doesn't fix it, send it in and I will repair the pump.

It is brand new, the motor had a faulty Hall effect sensor and it had to be replaced.
