is the 6100s suppose to make a humming noise when they are on full blast mode.

im using the 7095 conroller 2 interval.

well when its at 100 percent they have a humming noise.

im using the 6080 magnets.

the only thing i can notice is the pump is bending more than my other pumps or angled down more. im wondering if its the brackets that hold it to the magnet.

i cleaned the impellar and that didnt fix it took it completely apart as noted in the cleaning section

If you can hear the hum more than about 2ft from the tank it likely has a worn or bad fitted bearing bush.

can i buy just that bearing

Yes, you might try something first though. Pry it out turn it 180 degrees and reinsert, this is part 3000.62 in the manual.
