Tunze 7096 milti controler (NO UNIT FOUND)???

Hello

I have just purchased a tunze multi controller and it keeps saying no unit found.

I have gone trough the noramal install prosses and it keeps saying the same thing.

How can i set it up and fix this problem???

Go to C:\Tunze or wherever the software was installed and run AVRootloader.exe. Press Connect to device. Browse to ghe .acy file in FLASH section and press Program (bottom left). That should be it, worked for me.

Ok iv tried this but im not that great with computers so is there a dummies guide of how to set this up or can you exsplain in more detail please?

try right clicking on the icon and go to properties, compatibility, run the program in xp(service pack3) compatability mode.

Do you get any lights on it when a pump or USB is connected?
