tunze 9002 help!

I just got my new tunze 9002 yesterday, set it up in the back of my RSM130 and I cannot seem to get it to produce any bubbles at all. I have it up to the correct water line. I even tried to shorten the airline tube to make it more straight because it was so long it was bowing. When i turn it on it makes a quick gurgle when the pump comes on then just lifts the water in the chamber and bit and sits there still. Thanks in advance!

Most likely the venturi is defective so it cannot pull in air, this is not too uncommon, the venturi is assembled by hand and even .5mm of error in drilling the hole renders them non functional. PM me your address and we will send a new venturi nozzle, part 9002.400.

You have adjusted the air screw. What I did was backed it all the way out then slowly turned it back in will watching the cup column.
