Tunze 9002 noise

Wanna update this thread,last week on the 28th i got a message back that i will get a new pump send my way,later i found out i made a error in my zipcode,but i think if the name,street and town is correct the package will arrive,only how long does it normally take before it arrives from Tunze?A week?2 weeks?a month?

Yes, they told me they shipped it, I would guess they sent it by post, I would expect you will get it in a couple weeks.

I thought it comes from Tunze in Germany right?That country next to mine,i ordered a skimming cup in december from the usa and i got it within a week.(shipping doesn't always mean they are gonna send it with a ship.

It comes from Germany, I have never lived in Europe for extended period of time or recieved mail in Europe so I don't know how long it takes, my guess though would be it was sent mail. Regina and Monika, both emailed me that it had been sent.

it really depends on the service the company is giving,we got video game webshops that will send you your game after you pay and it drops in your mailbox in 2 to 4 days.
