Tunze 9010 Air Adjustment Valve

My Tunze 9010 has been running for about two months. When I first installed my skimmer, opening the air adjustment valve fully would cause the cup to fill immediately. Now, opening the air adjustment valve simply causes the cup to collect about 200ml-300ml of wet yellow skim daily.

Has my pump or Venturi slowed down?

Could be both, I probably wouldn't change anything just yet but the pumps get dirty and the venturis get some debris in them and cleaning these parts will generally improve performance but usually this only needs to be done every 3-6 months and it sounds like it still skims well enough that it isn't necessary to tear it down just yet.
