Tunze 9011 problem

hello
I have a Tunze 9011 and I used it in the sump, with the kit for sump
(my tank is 100 liters).
I was not satisfied with the result.

Reading on the forum I found that if you have a high water level in the sump (that is up to the mark that indicates the level) the skimmer works better without the kit installed sump.
I then removed the sump kit:
I removed the plastic which is in between the pump and the front grille; and replaced the grille with the door wide open, and place the cap on tho hole for the big tube, I put under the base with the perforated screen and without suckers.

I put the skimmer in the sump so that it was raised from the bottom of 0.5 - 1 centimeters, and that the water level would cover the line of the level up to 0.5 cm.

seems to be going a little better, but the problem persists:
regardless of how septum screw air (for example at this time the hold even disassembled)
the skimmer foam good for two days, producing 200 ml of foam, then stops, it remains full of foam but not overflowing anymore!
I have to remove the glass, wash the brown -green film that forms on the neck of the skimmer and it start again.

basically if I want to make it go all the time I have to wash his neck every day, and now I continue so for 3 months!

why?

Thanks in advance for your reply

This is normal, the oily film in the cup breaks the foam and forms a barrier to the foam entering the cup, this would happen with most skimmers. Opening the screw more so the foam is wetter will help as less will cake up but you will get optimal performance if you clean the cup every day or two.

Currently displays'm keeping the air screw completely removed,
for now it is ok?

instead with the flap at the bottom front of the pump, the one that regulates the "water recycling" what should I do?

But it is a little inconvenient to have to clean the glass every 1-2 days, I can not do anything to lengthen this time?? when I go on vacation two weeks will be a problem!

Thanks for your reply

If the airscrew is all the way open, something is wrong, you should be able to get good skimming at 4-5 turns open of the air screw. My guess is that their is not enough air flow because of a pinched air hose or a fault in part 3130.130.

The flap at the bottom will skim the most efficient fully open, it will release less bubbles, fully closed.

I tried to get it to go to 4.5 turns of the screw air
does not change the situation much,
I'll try to take it apart and re-check the various parts although having already removed several times I do not think there were any flaws!
There are photos of the dismantled portion of the venturi? that part I was never able to take it apart

It should come apart like this, likely yours will be all black.

If it comes apart like this it is broken, any cracks or a loose fit are also suspect.

Hello Sorry, but I was wrong model! I have a 9006 and NOT a 9011! However now I have not found the solution to my problem! Everything I've shown is ok! But I noticed that my pump 9006.040
have only the blue pad and not the black one n° 9011.740 Could this be the problem ???
Last question: does 1205.700 fit in the engine 9006.040instead of 0805.700 to increase performance ?? Or if there is a single propeller ( not all drive unit)?

Yes, if the black disk is missing the pump may stall periodically, it is a smooth low friction surface where the blue silicon is a high friction surface. The 1205.700 would fit, but this motor is only rated to handle 12W, the 9011 impeller needs 22W to run, it could burn out the motor.

ok thanks now I buy the parts!

1205.700 if the engine could burn better not to risk it!

instead there is only one spare propeller model 1205.700 ?? I can not find it in the catalogs! if there is could you give me the code ?? so I try to see if a propeller with a larger surface area improves performance even more!

if after changing the piece sckimmer still does not improve it may be because the pump is one of those pre 2011 with the defect ?? in that case, from what I can understand ??

The impeller only is 0235.120, but the risk is the same. The impeller blade is the only difference between 0805.700 and 1205.700

It is possible but this defect is very obvious, if you plug and unplug the pump 10-20 times, the majority of times it will spin backwards and be a very slow flow instead of a stronger jet.
