tunze ato nano 3152 failure

Its been three months now that I have been suffering with problems from the tunze ato nano 3152. It does NOT fill the water up to the float switch. It fills up to about 2 inches above it. I should have just stuck with a JBJ.

Send it in for repair. They'll usually do this, no questions asked.

its got to be a single product issue i researched that ato and the reg one before buying the 3155 and i couldnt find anyone having problems with it. tunze has great customer service too.. call them
