again it seems like everyone was defending Roger and the fact that most companies have policies regarding manufacture defects and that sceaming at Roger isn't the way to go about things.

There are lots of threads here in the Tunze section that deals with all kinds of Tunze problems. I've noticed that some of the 6025 users and 6045 users with some problems. No one is jumping on those threads and telling them off or calling em liers(even though no one did that here either), because they are asking for help and not here trying to stir up trouble by making threats.
jnarowe, I know that isn't how you started your thread when you had problems with your Tunze and I'm sure Roger did his best to make things right.

Most "Tunze bots" were actually telling Rich to relax cuz when Roger gets in, he will make things better, but it was Rich and the "anti Tunze bots" that came in and accused everyone of hating on Rich when all we were saying was give Roger a chance and trying to ease Rich's mind.

Just my take on the whole thread...
again, I can't find anyone who said Tunze has no defects, just some who gave thier personal experience with Tunze.
 
I think every product has some flaws. I have not seen any product that is perfect. I like Tunze products not only because it is good but more because of Roger, who is exceptional when it comes to the customer service. I hope you all enjoy your tank. There are better ways to make your life happier than arguing with each other with no end. Happy reefing!!!:) :)

None of this is helping Rich get his problem resolved. Since folks refuse to take advice given to the twice I'm closing this thread.

Rich when you have a resolution to your problem, either good or bad, please feel free to start a new thread.
