tunze.com order tracking??

hi, i just made a order on tunze.com for a replacement metering pump, but how do i view the status or track this order? there doesnt seem to be a link on the site anywhere for this

Typically Roger and crew do not email tracking to my knowledge. The order is charged and processed by Tunze in Germany I believe, but is filled and shipped from Tunze USA in Texas.

That is correct, there is no tracking or follow up, but I did receive your order and it will ship tomorrow (we are out of the pump until tomorrow) from Austin TX by UPS ground. If necessary, I can email you a tracking number, but we typically ship the day after an order is received and notify only if there will be a delay of more than a few days in shipping.
