Yes it does, I really don't know what to say, the 1073.16 went through a few changes, we kept trying to get it work but the final revision which is likely what you have was reviewed by a professional safety engineering firm and they said the average service life was about 2 years from there endurance testing. This wasn't long enough for us so we gave up, we felt that for the price point it had to last for a minimum of 5 years. That pump had a driver that cheated the Hz so the Impeller did about 4200 rpm instead of 3600, by spinning much faster it could pump more water with less electricity but this driver just could not be reliably encapsulated and cooled at the time. I cannot recall for sure if the last revisions had the heat sink or not, I know we sent all our stock back to Germany twice to be replaced and finally we abandoned the pump.
