Tunze nanostream shaft showing copper color

Hello,
I have a tunze nanostream 6045. I took some pictures of the shaft showing copper like material. It was steel color when new, but now it looks like an inner element of the rod is exposed with a different color. I'm really worried about having copper rust in my tank. Could anyone confirm what material is the shaft made of?

On the nano streams the metal is 316ti, it contains no copper at all, it is a stainless steel/titanium alloy The coloration would either be some organic matter or possibly GFO dust, the metal is solid and has no plated core.
