tunze powerhead making knocking sound

hello in i purchased a tunze turbelle stream kit TS24 several months ago, and now i find one of the pumps making a knocking sound when it is energised.. what do i need to do to correct this problem...???

Which model pump? 6105, 6101 or 6100.

i think its a 6055 model

6055 would not be from a TS24, but it could make a knocking sound and that is simple to fix, can you please double check the model?
