Tunze Pump Not Working

My 6080 pump stopped working and the lights on the multicontroller went out. I have tried everything I can think of to get it running again but the pump does not seem to have power. What should I do?

Also, my nano-stream that works on the same controller stopped working the day before this happened. It looks like the pin inside the pomp that connects to the propeller broke. Could these two issues be related and can I fix the nanostream on my own or will it need to be sent in?

The 6080 cannot be connected to the multicontroller? Is it a 6100 or 6000 possibly? Send the pumps in for repair/ replacement.
