Tunze question

Alright, I got the tunze 6095, and the cable to hook them to my apex. I got all that done, setup my profiles for them. And all was good. I just went and looked again, and one pump is starting, then stopping, starting and stopping, the other one, just isnt doing anything.. I unplug them from the apex to tunze cable, and they work.. Any suggestions as to whats wrong?

Also, we have many reports of Apex cables having a loose connection, the problem seems to be the rubber boot prevents the cable from being plugged in all the way, you might check that as well. We can only guarantee they will work on our controllers, so I could check that it works with a Tunze controller if you sent them in and at least we would then know it is a cable/controller issue and not the pumps.

I am sorry but in the event of any repair we would need to get them back. You should be able to come up with some temporary solution, it doesn't have to be fancy, just something to get by. I strongly suspect the controller or cable though so I would start with troubleshooting that.

what happens when you go into the apex program and turn them on. i noticed your program was divide by ten that means you have 15 minutes then that time will be divided by ten. if you set it to 1 second its a tenth of a second etc. i do have the apex with the tunze and i had initial problems one was the rubber around the connector the other was figuring out the programming for the apex I still don't get it, but the tanks happier with the random flow. Believe me I hate sending stuff in for repair too lol but everyone does it. It is a nice surprise when they say we will send you a new one then send yours back.
