Well I sent in a broken 6045 nano stream (broken shaft) and today I got a brand new one in the box. Fast turn around and very friendly customer service. They just might be worth the extra money after all.

I have 2 6045's I purchased back on 03/07 and had the clamps crack. I e-mailed Roger and he sent me new one's right away.

Like you said. Tunze Rocks.
 
I just got my 6025 back from repair. I got a brand new one! No questions asked. Definately worth the extra money, they have another customer for life!
 
It's hard to believe that Roger is the only one doing all the service work and customer support. He is amazing, always polite and does what he says he will. I am very satisfied on Tunze support, it's top notch!

Not to take away anything from the excellent service Roger provides but lets not forget about Rodney(wartskin) who also handles many of the repairs. They both do excellent work and are some of the best in the business!
