Just a note to thank the group at Tunze USA for their excellent service. Recently sent them the pump from my wavebox, which I'm fairly certain was messed up by user error. Expected to hear a quote for new motor, but instead received the fixed pump in a few days at no charge.

Excellent service like this earns tons of customer loyalty.
