tunze skimmer pump not working

my tunze skimmer pump isnt working at all. i pulled it out to check for calcium deposits but when i plug it in it doesnt make a sound. i can spin the prop freely....any thoughts?

so is there anything i can do? send it in for repair? or do i just buy a new skimmer?

Send it in, if it is less than 2 years old it will be under warranty so long as it didn't run dry and the culprit isn't neglect. If it is more than 2 years old or the damage was the result of running dry or neglect you can buy just a new motor and or drive unit for much less than a new skimmer.

its more then 2 years old and has never been run dry....ill send it asap.
