Tunze skimmer question

You can attach a Tunze Magnet Holder 6080.50 to a Tunze 9005 doc skimmer right to run it in the tank? Also, the 9005 should be strong enough to handle a 37 gallon BB reef right? Should I go with the 9010?

Yes, the only reason to get a 9010 is that the 9010 has the sump kit included, if you will never use it in sump then get the 9005.

Im going to run it in the tank. I might buy the reefpack in the future but not yet. Or would using a 9005 and a nano cleaner be best? Also, can you put media in the nano cleaners?

You can put media in the nano cleaner, it includes a fine mesh bag for this.
