Tunze stream in a corner bowfront?

Hi Roger (and all) ;) ,

I will likely be downsizing my tank in the near future and will probably end up with a 92 gal corner bowfront.

What is the feasibilty of using a Tunze stream for current in a tank of these dimensions? Suggestions/recommendations are appreciated!

Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks Mike, but the link is for a standard bowfront, and I was thinking about getting a corner type bowfront.

(not sure if the advice would be different or not ;) )

roger,

I have a 92g corner bow currently with 4 PHs of varying strength, will one 6000 be enough power/variation of movement for a corner or would two on a multi-controller be significantly better?

also where would the ideal placement be on a corner bow, on one of the front sides pointed along the bowed front?

Or how about on the center overflow pointing forward towards the center of the bowed front?

I think the best position would be from the overflow to the center in general but it depends on tank layout and you should just try a few possibilities. I think 1 6000 is plenty for that tank unless it is really just about all high flow SPS.

great, that will save some $$s...not to mention asthetically it will look much better than the four powerheads on the front of the tank...
