tunze wavebox 6260 stalled

murphy's law happened on my wave box , the pump stopped working .

i think this one is obselete model. what is the other alternative pump to use ? or what can i do ?

tried washing with vingear but the transformer is super hot and the pump is not moving at all

Usually in a case like this the driver is the problem (hot transformer, no alarm), you might try to take the driver from your other pump because this one likely has dead motor.

Does a dead driver still able to operate the pump?

No, a dead driver will not work, the drivers are no longer made, but if you can find someone with a dead motor and good driver, you may be able to get it from them and get the pump working.

so for my situation it can be a dead driver as the alarm did not sound

I am fairly sure, usually a dead driver shows by the driver and transformer getting hot and no alarm. A dead motor, nothing gets hot and there is an alarm.

thanks i got the confirmation that it is a dead driver which was having the problem
