I had a slight problem with a product and contacted Roger on Monday of this week. Today the problem is 100% resolved.
Tunze really stands behind their products.
Everytime I see a local post about what to buy I always promote Tunze because they produce workhorse products built to last. In the event something may not be right, they stand behind their products.
Tunze are the only pumps I have in my tank and the only ones I recommend!
