I guess there are new streams now, is this one controllable?

The Tunze Turbelle® stream 6130 is not controllable not to be confused with theTurbelle® stream 6301 which is controllable the 6301 is designed more for public aquariums being suited

Energy consumption: maximum 64 W

As Graeme said, the 6130 is basically a jumbo 6080, not controllable.
