Turbelle electronic question

I am considering getting the turbelle electronic kit for the 600gph unit. I am wondering though how diffuse the flow is on these pumps? Can you describe it- maybe relative to the tight stream from a maxijet or the super low velocity from a 3/4" pipe? I am looking for something more diffuse than the current maxijets, and like to be able to switch on and off. It is for a 58 gallon tank.

With a 7200/2 and single controller you will not switch on and off rather you will speed it up and slow it down. The outlet is 1" so it is a diffuse flow.
