Turbelle Stream Problem (6100)

Symptoms:

Pump either not working altogether or very weakly then stops. Pump six months old.
Removal of rotor and turning shaft shows no blockage.
Transformer very hot.

Any diagnoses? Remedies?

It sounds like either the driver is bad or the motor is bad. Do you have another pump so we can try to diagnose it by switching some parts?

Not right now. I'll try back on Monday. Hopefully it's nothing too serious.

You can send it to me and I'll repair it immediately if you prefer. I was just seeing if we could diagnose which part is faulty.
