Turbo Grazer Snails releasing a milky white substance?? WTH ??

Ok do I was observing my tank about 5 minutes before lights out and my turbo grazers started bouncing and releasing a milky substance... What is going in here?

Hard to tell by the pictures but more than likely they are spawning.

Interesting... Will I have an influx of new turbos then?

Not really, I don't know my gastropods all that well but I think they have a little free floating stage were all fish and filteration pretty much decide their fate in aquariums.

broadcast spawners don't usually have much success growing the larvae in our tanks. There are a lot of egg laying snails that reproduce like crazy.

I took a video of the exact same thing In my tank. Spawning most likely, but I never got any baby turbos.

I had a couple of snails start releasing eggs into the water column in my tank once. The fish went nuts gobbling on them.

I have seen some small tiny shells on the glass and filters. I guess time will tell
