Turbo Smoking?

I have a turbo snail that is "smoking". A quick search tells me that hes probably reproducing. The weird part is that I bought these guys from the LFS just 3 hours ago. There is also another turbo that is at the top of the glass, above the water line. Is something wrong and should I be worried?

That is what I do not get. I mean I just bought them from the LFS. Should they not be at least a tiny bit stressed, and not be in the mood for this?

BTW, speaking of stressed, some creatures will spawn when stressed especially if they "think", and I use that word lightly, that they may die. I was doing some research on rock anemones a few months ago because mine had just spawned and found this out.

today i see two turbo also produce
smoke , any one can explaine to me how did they spawn ? thers male and female also ?

Many inverts, especially snails will try and reproduce when stressed. a.k.a moved to another aquarium with different water parameters. It will be unsuccessful, but they should be fine. It is usually a mechanism that triggers to keep their species going, if they run into a bad situation.
