Twin spot Hogfish cleaner?

OK, I know it's not supposed to be (is it?) but my large male P. squammi thinks this little bright yellow Bodianus bimaculatus is a cleaner and keeps trying to get it to groom him.
I'm afraid the hog is gonna take a bite.
A female C. solorensis is also interested.
What's the deal?
I added the hogfish to my 180 a few days ago. It had been in my shallow 40 for a few months with a potters and some damsels.

I know when my fish don't feel good (ich start to develop while not seen by the naked eyes yet) my med angels go toward the Bodianus sepiacaudus for cleaning. While the Bodianus sepiacaudus doesn't show much interest in cleaning but if the fish wait long enough they will take a couple of nips then move on. While my Semilarvatus will rather go toward my female Flameangel for cleaning and the Semi would flinch which I guess the nip was a little too deep. But I do see the FA nipping on the white specks off the Semi.

In the wild fishes find true cleans in their captive environment they look for substitutes.

Many wrasses are natural cleaners in the wild as juveniles. As food becomes a reliable staple in our tanks, they loose the urge (need) to clean, and feed on the parasites.

OK, thanks. I was afraid of that.
While, like you said, I don't see any signs on the fish, a new C. solorensis doesn't seem happy and I moved him to a separate tank. I didn't qt the wrasse. It looked healthy and was eating until tonight. The female solor is still doing ok.
Since I have coral there is nothing to do but hope my fish are healthy enough to survive.

Most hogfish are cleaners atleast during their juvenile times. It is quite common actually for the bimaculatus to clean other fish, especially while they are still small.

Very true. I've 3 different Cuban hogfish in 3 different tanks and the largest is 4-4.25". It grew about .75-1" in the past 5 months and competes very well for food therefore has no interest in cleaning. If my other fish were not established first I wouldn't be surprise the Cuban would go after the smaller fish for a meal. Heck this one eats clam on half shell with the other fish. My smallest Cuban hog is about 2.5" and already not showing much interest in cleaning and this one is in a QT which I think I feed too well.
