Twisted nem

My RBTA is twisted. It did the same thing yesterday, and I untwisted it. It wasn't very happy about being untwisted so should I just leave it be? Is this common? I know that the parent nems at my LFS do this often, and don't seem any worse for the wear. If your thinking flow might have done it I can say I am almost positive it couldn't have, seems like it is doing this to itself?

I have heard others on this forum have it happen regularly with no ill effects. I would let it be.

I've seen it on my bta when I had it. If the anemone is doing it by itself, no need to worry. It will untangle itself.

Thanks for the response. It did untangle itself before lights out, it looked really unhappy though. Hopefully when I get home today it will be back to it's usual self.
