Two 6000's and 7095 with sandbed

I am finishing cycling my tank. I have two 6000's and a 7095 controller. I am about to add about 1/2' to 3/4" depth of sand. It is going to be fine grade sand. Will the sand be moved by the 6000's? Does anyone have a setting that I could go with on my controller that will work for me and at the same time give me the flow. Right now the 6000's are at the back of the tank (left and right) and both aiming a little past the center front of the glass. I would like to keep them at the back.

Thanks,
Ken

I would just turn down the highest setting on the controller. It is likely the pumps will disturb the sand, more so when it is newly added.

Can you give me a good setting on my 7095 for the dials: pulse, interval, both power dials, and channel 1 and channel 2? I'm sure this will be a dumb question but do I plug both 6000's in the first two sockets in the controller? Are the first two for channel 1 and the third and forth channel 2?

Thanks,
Ken

The first pump goes too channel one and the second pump goes on channel 2, 1 and 3 socket. The top and bottom knobs are for each channel, they are the two speeds the pumps on that channel will pulse between, at night in night mode, pulsing stops and the speed stays at the bottom knob setting. I would use Interval 1, 3 second pulse, 6 hour interval and set your speeds to suit your needs.
