Two copperbands

Has anyone ever kept two copperbands in the same tank? If so how big was the tank and how long did you keep the togehter for?

Thanks

An lfs around here has two in a tank together. They've probably been there for a week max, but they didn't seem to bother each other.

That's no definitive answer (as a lot of lfs will also put 15 clowns in one tank), but the fins were perfectly intact and they didn't seem to notice each other.

Thank you Scott.
My searches on this and other forums have yielded only one other reply; from a UK website where the guy said he bought two from a dealers tank where they were indifferent to each other. We he got them home they declared war. So I am still about fearful of trying it. Firstly I don't want to see a fish badly injured and secondly I don't want to rip my reef to bits so that I can rescue the underdog.

There are some who claim a male and female can be kept together. The difficulty arises in determining the sex of the individuals. I've read that the slope of the "beak" is different between male and female, but I can't recall what that difference is.
