3 days back, j bought a long tentacle anemone which suprisingly has two mouths as it looks to me, i cant see the foot as they are hidden under the rocks. Its mouth is clpsed and its feet are very sticky, looks healthy. Will it be splitting, i mean why two mouths. Is yes what measures are to be taken to take care of the amemone. I have 3 perculas also in the same tank. They all are enjoying with it:).

I am waiting for the reply.

are you sure its lta? LTA's dont split. Its foot is hidden under the rock? lta's are sand dwelling anemones. also how long are you planning to keep three clowns together?

Deformities are pretty common in sea anemones. It may be a genetic thing, or a wound that didn't heal properly. It's not an indication of reproduction.
