Two Stream/7095 set up

Hi everyone,
I'm pretty excited as I just got and set up my second 6100 and the 7095 controller for my 92 gallon corner tank. Everything is in the tank and ready to turn on.
Just hoping I can solicit some opinions on how I should configure the flow, as there does seem to be many options. Inside the tank are some soft corals, a huge anenome, a bunch or LR, and of course various fish.
I was planning on placing the streams on opposite sides of the tank, right at the front, with one stream flowing across the front centre of the tank, and the other aimed back more towards the centre of the tank. Hopefully, this will set up a circular flow.
Question is, I'm a little unsure as to the difference between the Pulse, Interval 1 and interval 2 options?

What are people finding works best?
Thanks
Jason

I would probably use Interval 1 as you likely don't want two 6100's on at a time in such a small tank.

I understand,

Only small snag is that my original 6100 has this strange problem in that it has never been able to start up on it's own once the impellor has stopped. (i.e. after plugging in, or after the food timer button has been pressed). Once it is shut down and power to the pump is restored, I can manually start it by "hand cranking" the impellor. Once it's going, no problem. Adjsting pump output while running is not an issue.
I never really considered this a big problem, so I can happliy live with it.

So, given completely shutting the pumps off and on are not an option, what's my next best move? Interval 2 with the "lesser" operating pump at minimal power?

And c'mon, is 92 gallons really "such a small tank"?? :D

Thanks

I would see about getting that fixed as it could lead to a driver failure and it would suck if that happened just outside of warranty. It sounds like a mechanical issue but does the driver alarm when it is stopped?

No offense intended but for 6100's a 92 is on the small side. Interval 2 or Pulse would work, both keep both pumps running at all times.

I have done all the testing I can, including replacing every part of that perticular Stream setup except 6100.10, and the same thing happens. This is why I decided to buy another 6100.10, and use them both...

Anyway, no alarm sounds from the driver at all. Just one of those strange unexplainable small problems I think. The 6100 that is having the non starting issue has been on the same driver and working fine with no problems otherwise for about 3 years now.

Anyway, thanks for your help.

J
