Typhoon III Help Please - with faucet adapter

I finally got my typhoon III today and have no idea how to hook up the facucet adapter - the adapter has two openning on both sides and a nipple extending from the side - i have no clue how this thing is supposed to work - AND the adapter doesnt fit either of my apartment faucets.

If so, that won't work on the faucets

Did they include this in the package??

If so, that is the piece you need to hook the unit to your copper cold supply line under the sink

If you don't have that piece & need it, PM me..............I got a Typhoon on Manday of this week & I used the hose adapter, so I don't need the supply line adapter. You can have it for free!!
