I have had countless great experiences with folks over your way. Unfortunately this one was off the charts ridiculous. LeviChar1, or Jerry, or whoever this guy is clearly has no respect for fellow hobbyists. He may be a fine guy…but he treated me like crap. Just wanted you all to be aware, and cautious so members of your fine club don't fall into the same trap I did. <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O /><O></O>

Rob is LeviChar. I have no idea who Jerry is, but it sounds like he may have hijacked Rob's name some how. Here is a post from Rob, with others referring to him as his real name.

Thanks for the clarification. I got all of the PMs from LeviChar1. Most were signed as Jerry but at least one came from someone else, assumingly Rob (?). I am not looking to slam someone that does not deserve it...all I have to go on is the RC name the PMs came from. I just don't want others to have the same experience I have. Maybe Rob will post here and clear up the name confusion and clue us in as to who "Jerry" from Butler, PA is....

Rob has other contacts in the Butler area who are into reefing, but I believe don't have RC accounts? Perhaps it was for one of these individuals that he was speaking on behalf of. I've never sold anything to Rob, only bought from him, but when I did he was exactly where he said he'd be when we set up a time to be there.

Hey Norm. Sorry for the confusion.

Jerry does not have an RC account. He asked me to contact you. I did so, but got tired of being the middle-man with all the back-and-forth, so I gave you his cell. I know he called you (or said he would), but I was not aware of him not closing the deal on your clam.

Lesson for me: don't be so nice trying to connect people, I guess. I have tried to connect several butler-ites with others on RC and it looks like i got bit on this one.

Having said that, I'd have much preferred you PM'd me with your concern than publicly calling me out on an issue I was not aware of (issue of your unhappiness with jerry). I haven't gotten a PM from you in over a month. I thought everything was good with you two. Seeing how you weren't sure about my name, I understand why this thread is here and I'm not upset by it.

Regardless, I'm here to clarify now that I treat no one like that. ...or i hope i don't. If folks have an issue, they should let me know first. No harm here though, no worries.

Rob, thanks much for clarifying. Since Jerry PM'd from your account, I thought you were one in the same person, or a spouse, or something. It was very confusing to me. Had I known at the time that he was simply using your RC account, I would have left you out of it. Sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, yes, Jerry dogged me several times on pick-up with ZERO communication. Thanks man. I'm not too worried about the clam, it will find a home. The issue was all the time I wasted sitting around waiting on him to show.
