update web pages problem

i can update firmware, but when i update webpage, everytime i got this

How do you have your Apex connected to your network?

apex is connected to the modem directly.
now even bigger problem, come home to a blank screen. cant get the apex to run. all my light were off. i just update to 4.04 bc10 this morning. i login from the computer, cant see any reading or setting, but it show a power lost this afternoon.
