Beautiful! Glad you posted pics. I actually wondered a couple of days ago how that anemone was doing--obviously very well.

Yep, its doing terrific! Its amazing how large it is. Every time i look at it it seems to get bigger. Sure makes my clown look tiny, and she's about 2-2 1/2 inches. If i get a full tank shot i'll post it. I actually re-aquascaped so that this thing could have all the room it would need for growth. Limits the amount of room for everything else but oh well.

Once a week i feed a full silverside. Sometimes a piece of Krill if i feel like it. This guy is about 15 inches, and never turns down food. Growing boys need to eat!

Not to mention it sits about 35 inches directly below a 400W Radium.

Awesome anemone!!
I have to take some updated shots of my Blue S. Haddoni. In a mth time how much do ya think it grows? I have had mine for 5 mths and it has grown about 2 in. respectivly. I feed muscles and squid soaked in solcon and viti chem.

You know to tell you the truth i don't know if its actually getting bigger or its just getting more comfortable and happy in its surrounding environment. Being that its in a tank the is 24 x 24 x 24 I really do have to make this guy the centerpiece. At the beginning i tried to just place it where i wanted it but i could tell it wasn't expanding like it should. But once i built everything around where it wanted to be it couldn't be happier. I'm not completely convinced that feeding is doing anything.

Thanks alot guys, comments are greatly appreciated. It takes quite the effort to get a pic that is TRUE to color. Got a Nikon D80 and i'm just trying to figure out what its capable of doing. Finally i've taken a few pics that can do Big Red justice!
