Hi,
I have dual 175w 10k halides and 220w of VHO. I was thinking of upgrading my year-old lights to somthing more powerful, say 2x400w radiums, and a e-ballast, or maybe just 250w and 330VHO.
I bought a custom hood. Where do you think I could get most of my money back for these lights, and where/should I get the upgrade? I would like to be able to keep clams on the sand, about 20in from surface, i think.
Is it worth the money??

ps the halides are about one foot from the water surface now
