[Urgent] Bandit Angelfish Lesions & Holes

Beautiful Bandit recently has been developing this disease. It has been having a "dropsy" looking large belly for a while. Then about 1 week ago I started to notice that it developed two white patches on its sides. And then it go worse and worse and the skin started to erode away looking like a canker sore. So I took it out and I saw that the outer skin was penetrated and blood leaking out too. I did a 1 minute freshwater dip and didnt see anything falling off. The whole thing looks like something related to its internal organs. Now I'm using Prazipro to treat it. It is still eating but the situation is worsening at a very fast speed. I searched online and couldn't find anything about this. However I did take some pictures.

Please help the fish...your help is greatly appreciated!

You can see a big opening ulcer on its black band. There are also several dots around its abdomen. Some have penetrated the outer skin and blood can come out directly.

The fish eats food still. I have 2 bandits. One is bigger than this one and that one was bullying this one every now and then. The bigger bandit angelfish eats the same foods I prepare. The bigger bandit eats seaweed while this one doesn't. The bigger angelfish does not have any external disease-looking marks.

The smaller angel is in 20g right now with praziquantel at 2.5mg/L and some kanamycin. Its food has Kanaplex in it.

Use antibiotics and enrich food with vitachem and selcon. With them being open sores I would suspect a infection from the larger bandit harassing the smaller. Nitro Furacin Green is another thing that may help
 
I think prolonged usage of antibiotics on herbivorous fish can cause some problems. Their got floras are important for digesting plant materiel. That might be causing his belly to bloat. But if you are suspecting from an internal infection, there is no choice but to use it. In that case use two antibiotics at once, one for gram positive and one for gram negative bacteria. Make sure there is no cross reactivity between two as this can be toxic. I think seachem kanaplex and metroplex can be used together. If you are only worried about the external wounds getting infected, I once had flame angel that get sliced by a tomini tang. While he was in qt, I would catch him and coat the wound lightly with Bacitracin antibiotic cream that is used for humans.

Edit1; You can can also try to feed boiled pealed pees to relive the digestive track. Make sure the fish can poop :)

Thanks everyone for the replies. Unfortunately the situation is getting worse somehow. The fish is still in antibiotics however there are new holes appearing while older holes gets larger and larger. It's very painful to be watching this fish deteriorating every day. I was thinking hemorrhagic septicimia. However, it's possible it's viral and I don't know how to treat that. Have never seen something like this... those holes just appear like mouth ulcers on the fish. And they don't seem to be bothered much by antibiotics. The fish still has a pretty big belly, making me think of something seriously wrong with the fish's internal state.
 
Those holes doesn't really seem to be the wounds from the bullying, they are definitely developing and getting bigger. It's like tumors growing on this fish
 
Kanamycin is an excellent antibiotic that is absorbed through the fish's skin. You might want to try it. Kanaplex contains it and you treat three times.
