I know I am asking too much lol but if I could get the right firmware updates and how to install them would be awesome
My profilux II plus has the led stick it has the extension LCD viewing screen ph,temp also it's the 6 plug outlet controller bar

I have done what you told me and still I get no connection at all, I have even tried to use the wifes netbook for all this thinking that my usb ports might be damaged or whatever.
this item if it makes a big issue was bought used from another guy. so it's not a new one, maybe I need to find out what firm ware he was on in order to get the right programs for this? how do I know if I cant get a connection to my profilux?!!

Thanks buddy you're have been great help but how do I apply this file to the profilux if I can't connect di I download version p 5.012 betta and send this download you gave me to the same file

You say at the top of the thread your pc will not read the driver disk, so go to the download section and download the driver from there, then you can connect over USB, if you do not have a USB port on your profilux then you need a serial to USB adapter available at future shop in canada.
You need the profiLic driver chipset
