Thanks for the feedback im looking into a a sunsun 13w internal uv sterilizer and an aquatop internal 13w uv sterilizer.

It depends on the setup but they will not kill ich in your tank. It can reduce floating stuff but...

I have two, I find them more useful for keeping my junk equipment box weighted down.

What he said. I have a 25w UV in a box someplace along with the other junk I've wasted money on over the years.

Anybody want a skilter? Or a coralife super skimmer?

They can help keep parasites under relative controll but not eliminate them.
