Veggie Clip Yellow Tang how much?

I have Yellow Tang that is the size of a chocolate chip cookie. I just bought this tang from a friend in a hurry, so my research is limited on the tang. He has been in there for about 3-4 days and doing well. I have a veggie clip with seaweed attached. My questions is how often to refill the clip and should I skip the clip sometimes and feed pellets and brine shrimp?

I like my tangs very fat so I fed nori daily along with mysid. If you don't do nori daily I would go at a minimum every other day...perferably daily however IMO.

I feed 2" x 2" piece every other day.
