Velvet, Brook or Ich?

From one disaster to another. All my fish fell ill. I first thught this was ich and I started to treat it with JBL Punktol. But now I'm not sure. Now i'm thinking it might be velvet or Brook? No signs on the silverbelly wrasse but I already lost one clown and royal gramma. Which disease is this? Thank you

Brooklynella is usually something you only see on new clownfish but get rarely later on.
Based on that I would rather assume Velvet.

It's not

Now it seems that the clownfish is blind in the other eye.
