Vertex Alpha 300 - Discharge elbow broken?

I'm in need of some assistance. My year and a half old Alpha 300 has come apart where the white 90 elbow attaches to the skimmer body. It just totally separated. In looking at the two pieces, it doesn't look like it was ever glued together, just press fit. If there was glue, there wasn't much of it.

If I were to repair the connection, what should I use to glue the elbow back to the body. I guess it's PVC on one side and acrylic on the other. Please advise...

Hi,

They use very little glue at this particular joint, due to the nature of the joint. You should be able to use some weld-on 16 right around the white elbow and push back in. Let me know if you need any help with it.

Thanks for the recommendation, Jeremy. The two parts just separated, nothing looks to be broken at all. With the right adhesive, it should be good as new. I'll pick some of that up and give it a try. Appreciate the quick response!
